If you’re on the lookout for a new job, you’ve come to the right place.  At RDC we understand you have enough pressure to secure a job you love.  Our job is to help you find the right employer and make sure you’re the right fit for them.  After all, a relationship is only great if both sides are happy and invested in each other.

We’ve taken the time to outline the major steps of our process and what to expect during each phase.  We address the most important questions, gather your personal information, and help you coordinate the interviews with the employers.  Take a moment to review the different stages of our process and then let’s chat!

1.) Initial Introductory Phone Call

  • Learn about you and your skills.
  • Discover what you are looking for.
  • Learn about your most recent position.
  • Review your resume and experience.
  • Discuss reason for desired change.
  • Define your top skills.
  • Review the job description.
  • Go over client culture and expectations.
  • Tell us a fun fact about you!
  • Schedule phone interview with client.

2.) In Person or Skype Interview

  • Opportunity to meet face to face.
  • Determine your most function role.
  • Discuss most relevant prior project.
  • Review your accomplishments.
  • Determine current and expected salary.
  • Discuss softwares and languages used.
  • Review your willingness to travel or relocate.
  • Availability to begin interviews.
  • Anything in particular you’re looking for?
  • Availability to start engagement.

3.) Submit Resume to Employer

  • Review your updated resume.
  • Make sure your “branded” properly.
  • Submit to client with introduction.
  • Submit for desired position.
  • Include salary expectation.
  • Availability and desired location.

4.) Gather Feedback from Client

  • Communicate with client for interest.
  • Review resume feedback with you.
  • Reference checks from employers and peers.
  • Availability for in-person / virtual interview.
  • Touch base for feedback after interview.
  • Determine next steps.

5.) Solidify Details

  • Confirm client would like to make an offer.
  • Perform in-depth background check.
  • Set up you drug screening.
  • Schedule start date and time.
  • Coordinate offer proposal.
  • Prepare you for your first day.
  • Check in periodically to ensure all is well.
